• SimCaddie, LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the SimCaddie mobile application. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the SimCaddie app.

Information We Collect

SimCaddie, LLC does not require you to create an account or provide personal identifying information to use the app.

The app may collect the following types of data:

1. User-Generated Content (All Users)

The app allows you to:

• Mark courses as played
• Add personal ratings
• Create wishlists
• Write personal notes
• Apply personal tags (e.g. kid-friendly, wide open)

This information is stored locally on your device and is not linked to your identity.

• Sync across your devices (all users):

To make your data available on your other devices (e.g. when you get a new iPhone), the app may sync this data to Apple iCloud (Key-Value storage). Sync is for all users, not only premium. Apple handles iCloud storage; SimCaddie, LLC does not receive or store this personal data on its own servers. Your ratings, notes, wishlist, played courses, and tags remain under your control and are not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
